Dance Plus

What will a commitment to a year of dance cost you?

 

Ø      Registration Fee… up to $30

  • Registration Fee is a fee paid only once a year, per child upon enrollment, and is required to begin participation in classes.

 

Ø      Tuition

  • Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. You may also pay in 3-month or 5 month installments and receive a 10% discount.

 

Ø      Dance Attire and Shoes

  • In order to participate in classes, your child must have the appropriate class attire and shoes.

 

Ø      Costumes

  • Costume purchase is required for participation in our annual recital, which is held in June. Some costumes are ordered from costume companies, some are purchased from local stores, and some are of your own creation. You must acquire the required costume for the class your child is enrolled in. 
  • There are two costume orders per year…December and January.  PLEASE NOTE: The costume prices are higher on the second order as that is the busier time of year for our costume suppliers.

 

Ø      Recital Fee…$30 per child (plus $5 for the 2nd, $2 for each additional)

  • This fee is assessed in February and should be paid by the end of March to ensure participation in recital. These monies fund the show and all of the extra expenses required to put on an excellent performance!
  • The fee will also cover the recital T-shirt.

 

Ø      Class & Individual Pictures

  • Class Pictures are taken around the end of April/ beginning of May. At that time you may also choose to have individual pictures taken. The prices vary based on the package.
  • We ask that everyone attend, to be in the class picture, even if you choose to not take the individual shots. There is no cost to be in the group picture.

 

Ø      Recital Tickets

  • Recital ticket sales are in May. Ticket cost is just under $10 a piece.

 

Ø      Recital DVD (optional)

  • All of the recital performances are professionally recorded. You can purchase a copy for around $50 (prices vary each year).

 

Here’s some relief…

 

ü      We offer 3 fundraisers per year, and 2 of which the profit goes right back to you! (optional)

1. November… T’J’s pizza. (all of the profit is yours to help offset costume fees)

2. February/March…varies  (all of the profit is yours to help offset recital fees)

3. Studio Fundraiser…time and type varies (We just ask that you be open to participating. All of the profit goes into the betterment of the studio…which means it still comes back to you!)
