Jamell Jacobs
Jamell is the owner of Dance Plus, she has studied dance for the past 29 years. Her areas of study include Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Gymnastics, Tap, Cheerleading, Pointe, Modern, and
Dunham. Prior to college she competed in many gymnastics,cheerleading, and dance competitions and received many top honors. Jamell went to Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville on a dance scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and a Minor in Dance. In college, she performed in many dance productions along with touring with the University Dance Company.
CIARA
INSTRUCTOR
Ciara started dancing at the age of 5 at Dance Plus studying and competing in a variety of genres/styles (ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, praise, contemporary, tumbling, cheer & Pom, etc.) She is a proud alumni of the South East Missouri State Sundancers Collegiate Dance Team and a 3x NDA All-American. Ciara continues to expand her knowledge and growth in all styles of dance. In the past few years she has coached multiple high school dance teams and recently became a coach of a local majorette team.

DAMANIQUE
INSTRUCTOR
Damanique, was born in St. Louis, MO and began dancing at 3 years old. She brings 25+ years of experience in a variety of styles of dance along with tumbling and acrobatics. Her training earned her a spot on the CSU dance team, an arena football dance team and a national commercial. Her experience with dance and mentorship led her to a coaching career for 9 years with Hazelwood School District. Outside of the studio you can find her at a local dental office helping create beautiful smiles for all to see!

KATIE
INSTRUCTOR
Katie grew up dancing at McCoy Dance Studio in Rolla, Missouri. She attended Lindenwood University on a dance scholarship where she studied a variety of dance styles including Modern, Jazz, Tap, Ballroom, and Ballet. In 2007, she was awarded the Lindenwood University Dance Award and graduated with a major in Dance. Katie returned to Lindenwood to complete a Masters of Arts in Non-profit Administration and works with the International Rett Syndrome Foundation as well as the McCool family as their daughter's caregiver.

Andreas "Dre" Henderson has been professionally dancing since he was 16 years old! Starting at Dance Plus Studios he trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, tap, and hip-hip! He has performed on tours around the Midwest, countless music videos, and with artist such as Ginuwine, Monica , Bun B, Keisha Cole, Seviin Li and Nelly to name a few. While being the head choreographer for multiple clubs in Shanghai ,China he performed in over 30 cities through out China on his "Fly Boyz International Tour"! Dre has been teaching kids of all ages for 12 years in the style of Hip-Hop winning multiple awards including a National Championship!

TENENICO
INSTRUCTOR
Tenenico brings 27 years of dance experience, with 15 of those years training and competing with Dance Plus. Her training in a variety of styles earned her a spot as an All-American cheerleader and the opportunity to perform in the Orange Bowl. In 2015 she combined both of her passions and became the head cheer and dance coach for Cardinal Ritter College Prep. Most recently her years of training and teaching have grown into not only a love for her students but for the caring of their bodies. Tenenico now splits her time spreading her passion for dance and being a frontline heroine as a St. Louis nurse.
